Town and Country Catering headed by Stephen Banks and team were delighted to cater for The Queen and Duke of Edinburgh on their recent Diamond Jubilee tour of Wales at the Orangery Margam on Thursday 26th April 2012.
150 invited guests including AM’s, councillors, celebrities plus the Wales Rugby Grand Slam winning team enjoyed a canapé reception with Laurent Perrier Champagne followed by:
A Sewin & Smoked Salmon Mousse served with a tomato & sweet pepper chutney
Cannon of Welsh Lamb served with a fondant potato, a quenelle of mint pea puree & finished with red wine reduction jus
Coffee or Tea, served with Merlin Liqueur Fudge & miniature Welsh Cakes
